Famous Letterpress is a design studio based in Nagaland and was established in 2015 by Akanito Assumi, a design professional and a post-grad from NID Ahmedabad. Our commitment to design excellence and expertise in letterpress printing technology has made Famous Letterpress synonymous with craftsmanship and innovative design. Over the years, we have served a diverse clientele nationally and internationally.

Hiring: Sales Associate

What you will do:  

• Take ownership of client pipeline, and maintain the lead database
• Manage client calls, answer queries, and help convert leads to customers
• Explore avenues to get more leads who can benefit from our design services
• Assist in making service quotations and share with prospects
• You will be provided on-the-job training for a duration of 1-3 months

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience handling client calls and sales; freshers with a natural flair for selling are encouraged to apply 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client calls
• Proficient in maintaining and managing a client database
• A people person who enjoys networking and nurturing relationships

Work Location and Timings:

• This is a full-time role based out of our office in Dimapur (open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate)
• Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mon-Sat. (open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate)

Salary & Benefits:

• Rs. 5000 (during training period of 1-3 months)
• Post-training period:  Rs 6000 to 8000  per month + sales incentives
