Growing up in Nagaland, “eating out” was pretty much visiting the “Chow & Momo” restaurants, or being invited to a friend’s or a relative’s house for dinner or tea. That was pretty much it. But today the food scene has evolved somewhat – to accommodate new cafes, restaurants, lounges, and bakeries popping up almost every month – to the point that you can be spoilt for choices. What’s also interesting to note is the fact that most of these places have been founded and managed personally by passionate youngsters in Nagaland. Pretty fascinating and cool huh?
