  • Hello! Please introduce a little about yourself.

My name is Nikhil Pal, 19 years of age and my home town is Bijnor city in Uttar Pradesh. I’m currently pursuing my first year of college at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

  • What initially sparked your interest in photography?

I really feel that my upbringing was a little more fortunate than other kids back in those days. I remember I was the only one to own a cellphone during high school days, even though it was a simple one. It was not long after that, I received my first smartphone with a decent camera and this was where it all began. I started capturing images of beautiful sunsets and flowers. In a small town like Bijnor, we have small streets and narrow alleys which has inspired me to start my street photography.

  • How do you manage your hobby as a photographer, being a full time student?

I’m a full time student, living in a relative’s place. I have classes from Monday to Saturday so, usually on Sundays or whenever I have holidays, I go out for strolls to capture some photographs of the things that I find interesting.

If you look closely at my photographs, you will probably notice that there is a story behind every image. I mostly tend to capture happy moments to give my viewers the positive energy and happy vibes. I hope that my photographs could bring a smile to people and inspire them to remember those moments for days and months.
