With the temperature dropping low, make sure your style keeps up! In the chilly weather, our outfit decisions are mostly dependent on what can keep us warm and not what is stylish. To give a little inspiration on how to do both–stay warm and be stylish–we have Lungzeu of Naga Street Style with us. She curated three uber-chic looks for you to try out this winter. Head to the link in bio or below to know what they are!

Look 1: Keny Metha, Kohima.
“When it comes to styling my winter outfits, I like to stick to my own aesthetics which is mostly semi-formals. I’ve recently come to love lavender and lilac colours, and I’m in love with this coat. I try to not use more than two colours, so I chose a brown turtleneck and a brown pleated skirt. When it comes to shoes, I always choose comfort since my job requires me to move around a lot. I styled a comfortable pair of sneakers here.”

Look 2: Manihra Krichena, Nagaland
“I have been planning to wear this warm outfit for this chilly weather. Keeps me toasty!”

Look 3: Karan Chetri, Nagaland.
“My green woolen cotton overcoat:
I have always wanted to wear an overcoat which fell below my knees and I know it’s not so proper for a short guy like me, but I really love the aesthetics of those 1950’s Hollywood actors who wore an overcoat on top of their formal ensemble with a hat. So this green overcoat reminds me of that era. It is a double breasted overcoat, made from 60% wool and 40% cotton so it is heavy thus making it suitable for a place like Kohima. Design wise it’s aesthetic is clean with only two front buttons and a belt, it really looks like a robe if you asked me. It is one of my best finds so far as it is thrifted and got it at a cheap rate. I can’t wait to try it in a different styles maybe give a different twist to it maybe wear it casually. With this overcoat, the possibilities are endless. “
Don’t forget to keep warm this winter, and we hope these outfits inspire your winter look. To stay updated, make sure to follow us on Instagram and drop in what your outfit plans are this season.
